At Bookmark & Burrow, I offer worldwide shipping. 🌍📦

Every order is personally picked, prepared and packed by me with lots of care. Many of my bundles are curated or personalised especially for you, so no two orders will ever be exactly the same.

I carefully check each order before it leaves the Burrow to make sure everything is ready for its journey to you. 🤎

Please be aware that, due to the curated nature of my bundles, there may be small variations from the products shown in photographs. This is part of what makes each Bookmark & Burrow order a little bit special.

🤎 Processing Times

Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

This processing time applies before shipping and is separate from the estimated delivery times shown below.

I will always aim to prepare and dispatch your order sooner whenever possible. However, during busy periods, personalised orders, larger Mystery Ball Picks, handmade items and specially curated bundles may require the full processing time.

Rather than working to fixed dispatch days, I prepare orders in the order they are received while making sure each one gets the time and attention it deserves.

If you're ordering for a birthday, celebration or another special occasion, please feel free to message me before placing your order.

I'll always do my very best to help where possible, although I cannot guarantee a particular delivery date.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom: 2–4 working days
European Union: 3–7 working days
United States: 5–10 working days
Other International Destinations: 7–20 working days

Please remember that these are estimated delivery times after dispatch and are separate from my processing time.

International orders may occasionally take longer due to customs or delays within the destination country's postal network.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where applicable.

Customs, Taxes, and Duties

Customs taxes, duties, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination country. These charges vary based on country laws and policies, and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees and taxes, a refund will not be applicable.

USA Shipping Update 
Please note: our shipping costs now include the new USA customs charges. This means there won’t be any surprise fees when your bundle arrives — everything is covered upfront for a smooth delivery.
