Each order is carefully hand-picked and goes through a quality check before dispatch. Every bundle is curated with care to create a unique, bespoke experience tailored to the theme you've chosen. Please allow for small variations, as each bundle is thoughtfully assembled and may differ slightly from product images.
Processing Time
- Standard Processing: 1-2 business days.
- Personalised Orders: 3-7 business days.
Shipping Dates
- Orders placed on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday will be dispatched on Saturday.
- Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be dispatched on Wednesday.

- European Union: 3-7 business days.

Customs, Taxes, and Duties
Customs taxes, duties, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination country. These charges vary based on country laws and policies, and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees and taxes, a refund will not be applicable.

Please note: our shipping costs now include the new USA customs charges. This means there won’t be any surprise fees when your bundle arrives — everything is covered upfront for a smooth delivery.
